Cleaning Service:

A cleaning lady can be provided on request @ R150.00 extra per day or requested dates for the morning. To be pre-booked.

Deposit:

Only on receipt of your deposit will your booking be confirmed. A 50% deposit is required on all stays exceeding 1 day. Pre-payment in full is required for a 1 day booking. Payment in full is required on arrival. Deposits and payments may be made in cash, card, eft or bank deposit. If the latter, proof of payment is required.

Cancellation Terms:
Cancellation 0 – 14 days prior forfeit 100% of the deposit.
Cancellation 14 – 28 days prior forfeit 50% of the deposit.
Cancellation 28 days prior forfeit 25% of the deposit.
Cancellation after deposit has been received prior to 28 days forfeit 10% admin fee of the deposit.

We accept children of all ages; however parents are expected to keep them under control.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS OF ANY SORT ON THE PREMISES.
